Synopsis: Set in 1998 against an expansive southern Utah landscape, TY reveals the very moment a 12 year old boy decides to plunge into manhood by defying the only society he has ever known, experiencing a glimpse of the "real world" for the first time. Running time: 00:07:27

About the director: Bruno Miotto was born on January, 12 1983 in Ivrea, Italy. He is a director and visual artist. He released an independent web series “We Are All Made of Stars” (2018). He currently lives in Los Angeles, CA working between branded contents, commercials and his feature film debut.

About the director: Tyro is an award-winning writer and director based in London, working in documentary, fashion and fiction. Informed by her experiences of growing up with an older brother with cerebral palsy, her practice is often centered around the family unit, and strives to offer an alternate insight into stories about disability and identity. She is dedicated to observational and character driven filmmaking, but enjoys experimenting with sound and multiple mediums to create evocative and stylistically original work. Her short films have screened on Channel 4 in the Random Acts programme, and at film festivals across Europe.

Synopsis: This short film mainly shows a quarrel between young lovers who live in front of a window in Shanghai Nongtang. The pressure of life and the relationship between the two families create a gap between them. The local middle-aged couples on the other side of the window also seems to have their own problems... Running time: 00:08:05

About the director: Dominic Hicks is a writer and director of short films, music videos and commercials. He lives and works in London. Hicks explores alienation in contemporary culture through dark comedy and genre experimentation.

About the director: Emily Downe is an animation director predominantly working in documentary. Her short films take research-based topics in science, philosophy and the human story into compelling experimental and narrative structures. Prominent aspects of her work are her background in illustration, research and visual metaphors, combined together with rich and layered sound design; expressed through 2D, hand-drawn animation.

Synopsis: In December 2017, as Trump officially recognizes Jerusalem the capital of Israel, WALID, a 27 year old Palestinian finds out that his uncle who raised him, is suffering from terminal phase cancer. These disturbing news upset him and jeopardizes the relationship with his girlfriend especially after a provocative encounter with a man. Running time: 00:20:00

About the director: Eli Jean Tahchi is a Lebanese filmmaker and actor. Tahchi holds a bachelor in film production from the Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts and a Master degree in Cinema in Montreal. Tahchi believes in the power of cinema to make a social change. His committed cinema is sharp, human and metaphorically charged. He works in fiction, documentary, music video and experimental. His two documentaries "The Migrant Woman" & "The Migrant Mixtape” have won awards at several international festivals.

About the director: John is an Irish writer/director/editor based in London. His most recent short, 'My Father, My Blood', which stars Barry Ward ('Jimmy’s Hall') and Jordanne Jones ('I Used To Live Here'), was shot on the west coast of Ireland and recently had its world premiere at The Belfast Film Festival in April 2017 and is in Official Competition at the 62nd Cork Film Festival, Galway Film Fleadh, East End Film Festival and Fastnet Film Festival. His other short films have screened at festivals worldwide and his short 'Promise' was shortlisted for the 2014 Venice Film Festival. John also works extensively for charities producing and directed documentaries and commercials and travelling the world to do so. His most recent work has included filming in Uganda, India, Sierra Leone and many more.

About the director: Annika Birgel is a German producer and director, based in Berlin. She has worked in the directorial and casting departments of numerous award-winning shorts and features, both at home and internationally. In 2016, Birgel produced the short film ARANAY, as part of Abbas Kiarostami's 'Taller de Autores' workshop in San Antonio, Cuba. Her short film 023_GRETA_S is her directorial debut, inspired by her own experiences working within the German film industry.

About the director: Jacob Reed is an award-winning director and writer. He’s known for his ability to craft nuanced performances from improvisers and Oscar-winners alike, owed partially to more than a decade as a teacher and performer at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. Jacob has directed for Jimmy Kimmel Live, Comedy Central, Funny or Die, Nickelodeon and BuzzFeed. His ability to tap into pop-cultural moments has resulted in hundreds of millions of views for his videos, which as we know are the crack cocaine of the Internet.
